Cabinet council approves Africa Textile, Nova Textang II

Luanda, ANGOLA, July 25 - Cabinet Council approved the concession contracts of industry units in some provinces of the country, during its meeting held Wednesday, Angop has learnt. ,

 

The session, chaired by the President João Lourenço, approved Textile (Benguela), Nova Textang II (Luanda) and Ex-Satecc (Dondo, northern Cuanza Norte).

 

 

The session also approved the Presidential Decree that lays down the Legal Regime for Evaluation and Crediting of Higher Education Institutions.

 

 

The Cabinet Council also approved the Agreement on Visas waiver in Diplomatic, Service or Special Passports between Angola and Morocco.

 

The members at the meeting were briefed on Agreement on Political Consultations between the Angolan Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the counterpart of Morocco.

 

On ​​foreign policy, the Council analysed the proposal of resolution approving the accession of  Angola to the Protocol of the African Union Court of Justice.

 

The Council also approved the Regulations of the National Council for Refugees and the Refugee sheltering Centre and Asylum Seekers.

 

The Wednesday session examined a draft law approving the Code of Criminal Procedure.

 

The session also analysed a Law on the Basis of Privatisation, a legal document that establishes the rules and procedures governing the privatisation process.

 

The Cabinet Council also approved a proposal for a Legislative Authorisation Law aimed at granting the head of the Executive the power to legislate on the standardisation of the Nomenclature of Large Numbers.
