Outlets North Phoenix to add more retailers, services in 2025

Outlets North Phoenix, located on I-17 and Anthem Way, just 15 minutes north of Loop 101, continues to grow and evolve with several new and coming-soon tenants.  

The 293,000-square-foot premier outlet shopping center, originally opened in 1996 as the New River Outlets and acquired by Craig Realty Group in 2002, has evolved from a traditional shopping center into a mixed-use development facility complete with shopping, restaurants, entertainment and services. 

“The addition of the six new occupants represents a 20% growth in occupancy over last year,” said JoAnn Truax, director of real estate operations at Craig Reality. “With the phenomenal development in North Phoenix as a result of the Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company, North Phoenix Outlets expects to continue growing and providing retail and service amenities to the greater North Phoenix market and surrounding area for decades to come.” 

Here is a closer look at the new shops that have opened at the Outlets North Phoenix and those set to launch in 2025:

Now open:

• Red Rock Trading Post is 1,138-square-feet of shopping space where visitors can find everything from stunning gems and crystals to unique Southwest jewelry, cowboy boots and authentic American decor. With a wide selection of vinyl treasures and rare vintage finds, this retailer offers a one-of-a-kind shopping experience. 

• Founded in 2009, Kimes Ranch was created to fill a void in the marketplace for more fashionable, better-quality Western jeans for both riding and everyday looks. With more than 3,000-square-feet of shopping space at Outlets North Phoenix, Kimes Ranch strives to offer uncomplicated Western attire that is classic, great-fitting and durable. The retailer has grown into a Western fashion brand with styles that are fashion-forward and Western-friendly. The Kimes Ranch iconic longhorn logo can be seen everywhere from magazines and World Championship horse shows to the wildly popular TV show, “Yellowstone.”

• Betty’s & Bros was established in 2019 as an online retailer of women’s swimwear and coverups. Over the years, the brand has evolved to include women’s clothing and a men’s wear line. The 1,233-square-foot storefront at the Outlets North Phoenix is the brand’s first brick-and-mortar establishment. 

Coming soon:

• Scheduled to open early this year, Eternal Beauty Med Spa is a premier destination for advanced aesthetics, wellness and holistic care crafted to help clients achieve the best in beauty and well-being. The 3,001-square-foot facility at Outlets North Phoenix offers a diverse range of specialized treatments tailored to each client’s unique needs.

• Van Marcke Plumbing Supply has more than 20 convenient locations throughout Arizona, Nevada and Texas, including its newest store location set to open at the Outlets North Phoenix early this year. The new 6,000-square-foot store offers a range of plumbing supplies, tools and equipment at unbeatable prices.  

• My Play Place indoor playground will be the area’s only indoor imaginary play center for kids ages 6 months to 8 years old. Scheduled to open soon, the 3,989-square-foot facility will have large playhouses, a huge ball pit with swings and slides, a soft play area for little ones, climbing structures, an arts and crafts area, a reading section and a private room to host birthday parties. 

“Plus, we are currently in discussions with several additional retailers and service providers and are optimistic about what the next 24 months will bring to the marketplace,” Truax said.
